Position Description

? Conducts data analysis and reporting during ethical investigations and performs general file maintenance duties ranging from case intake, file upkeep, follow up with business partners, communication with stakeholders, and regular evaluation the case management priorities

? Participates in quality control and continuous improvement efforts by proposing project improvement plans; recommending and implementing remedies, practices, and processes to improve performance opportunities; and monitoring work product of administrative support staff and outside counsel for accuracy, quality control and timely task completion.

? Supports internal database by overseeing and analyzing database utilization; providing best practice recommendations; creating data reports; reviewing data to ensure integrity and accuracy; collaborating with stakeholders on maintaining confidential information; and developing and maintaining reporting tools.

? Assists with drafts for manager review of ethics support, such as opinions, as well as other guidance to the GS business

? Assists in development of training and communication materials through work with business partners while recognizing and utilizing other opportunities for cross functional partnership

? Facilitates general ethics training events for associates and participates in facilitation of certain tailored ethics training events, as well as office-wide live presentation events

? With guidance from supervisor, resolves cases with business leaders and decision makers, including assistances with business partner review communication and meetings, as well as regular general case management communication with the investigations team and other business partners.

? Supports regulatory compliance and anti-corruption compliance areas at an entry level contribution standard for technical knowledge

? Develops working knowledge of company policies and procedures related to associate conduct and requirements as well as regulatory compliance matters

? Assists supervisor in regulatory compliance matters and risk assessment and mitigation activities

? Executes special Ethics and Compliance projects by carrying out directed tasks with guidance from supervisor

? Proactively identifies business needs and opportunities for support of Ethics and Compliance, as well as business as a whole. Escalates identified needs and opportunities to the attention of supervisor

? Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with business leadership and is a role model for company integrity culture

Minimum Qualifications

? Reads information, often in small print.

? Presents information to small or large groups and individuals.

? Observes associate, customer/member, or supplier behavior.

? Creates documents, reports, etc., using a writing instrument (such as a pencil or pen) or computer.

? Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunications equipment.

? Excellent English writing and speaking proficiency required.

? Experience representing public companies on an international scale.

? Strong computer and analytical skills.
