职位描述：
-You are responsible for leading and developing the complete offer strategy and roadmap for a specific product group.
-You drive Value Proposition Creation & profitability of the global/regional product portfolio of the Business linking with innovation & technology roadmap.

Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL
•Leads BMC planning jointly with Product Marketing
•Manages offer performance: PIPO, NPI and MIP
•Briefs Marcom Center of Expertise
•Defines customer insights, VPH, business cases, product development, MIP (business part) in coordination with markets
•Maintains portfolio performance, manages PLC, pruning, pricing, product data, technical support to markets

FINANCIAL
•Drives ICOS development
•Manages IGM and Profitability at Product/Systems/Services level

CUSTOMER
•Defines offer value propositions leveraging customer and market insights to deliver a rich customer experience
•Translates business opportunities into business market combination

PEOPLE
•Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility.
•Establishes a winning spirit, embedding our culture within Product Management teams.

Requirement:
•5+ years of overall product management responsibilities within a large technology company with predominance of systems and services
•3+ years of in-depth product management experience with proven track record of creating, testing and delivering products, solutions and services on schedule & budget meeting customer and market requirements
•2+ years of experience working in a global set-up with ability to successfully bridge and support the marketing, sales and development organizations

Qualifications:
•Advanced degree in eng/technology/marketing or a related discipline
•Holds advanced product management skills
•Has strong competitor orientation and customer focus
•Has strong understanding of product marketing, engineering and sales functions
•Possesses a high degree of technical competence
•Holds advanced project management skills
