Main Responsibilities:

To fully support MKT Director with Team Operational tasks:

• Assist to consolidate MKT data, reports and charts. Collect report accordingly, and do the follow-up reminding.
• Prepare monthly MKT Instruction and weekly MKT meeting materials
• Assist collecting and combining monthly S&M meeting materials from all functions
• Consolidate the monthly competitor information, summarize key competitors'behavior & performance
• Assist Director to prepare for Budget Meeting through data collection, charts illustration and report revision.
• Collect media ads information by marking the position in MGs and check whether it accords with media purchase plan
• Responsible for MKT team's daily administration eg. flight booking, accommodation arrangement and meeting room reservation.
• Update and consolidate weekly/monthly sellout landing report for regional usage.
• Track the monthly media spending to ensure the correct booking and do the PRs accordingly.
• Media function: assist Media Manager to prepare monthly MR consolidation file, prepare Media PO/PR

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
• Patient & positive
• Strong world office skills (PPT, Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity and trust
• Drive for results
• Priority setting
• Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years experience in FMCG/cosmetic/ luxury/ fashion brands
