Main Objective:
? Be the GUERLAIN MAKE UP Ambassador (image, technics, sale, expertise) on POS.
? He/She is to achieve the sales targets, while promoting GUERLAIN image and sales in all axis.
? As a member of the GUERLAIN team, he/she represents the brand values towards the customers and demonstrates a GUERLAIN attitude at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
? Sell GUERLAIN Make up and provide a high standard of service to customers on events and sales with the ability to link on fragrance and skincare.
? Animate make-up events on POS and achieve retail sales targets as defined for the events.
? Provide specialized make-up consultation, color advice, personalized make-overs to customers (all sorts: flash, complete, back-stage...)
? Attract and recruit new customers, booking and conducting make up personalized consultation.
? Develop personal and long term relationships with customers, then contribue to CRM loyalty program.
? Coach BAs on their make up application and selling skills and tips

Basic Requirements:
? The candidate has imperatively a previous experience as a make-up Artist or BA Expert
? a feel for luxury, refinment
? Active listener, easy contact, make others feel confident
? Excellent conversation skills,
? Excellent product knowledge on cosmetic products, trends and styles
? Customer-oriented, excellent selling and service skills
? Result-oriented, always striving to achieve more
