Responsibilities:

1. Launch new home pages, product detailed pages, feature contents and new promotional content on the website
2. Design email blasts based on promotion themes
3. Create and update effective banner ads
4. Produce graphical assets for social media programs (kaixin, microblog, announcement, etc.)
5. Produce assets for Benefit retail partners' online sites
6. Proactively bring new ideas for how the team can use the digital medium to grow Benefit's business to the team meeting and brainstorms
7. Bring recommendations for improvements to site design, photography, email programs to the team
8. Must be proactive in retrieving and following up on all assets necessary to get job done on time and with quality, able to identify requirements to execute tasks.

Requirements:

1. Basic English skill and be able to manage English version of Email platform and content management systems
2. At least 2-3 year experience working in a creative & web related agency or team
3. Strong online portfolio that includes examples of digital work, including flash animations, emails, web pages and banner ads
4. Interface/UI design skills including working knowledge of best practices for the web
5. Ability to design on MAC
6. Ability to read HTML, edit basic HTML, Dreamweaven production skills
7. Extremely proficient in the latest versions of industry standard web design tools (Photoshop, Flash, Flash action scripting as a plus, Dreamweaven, Illustrator, FTP)
8. Working knowledge of MS Word, Entourage & outlook, Mac & PC platforms, IE, Safari, Fire Fox Browsers, HTML
9. Understanding of constraints when developing for the web and email
10. Well organized with excellent attention to detail and quality
11. Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate in a collaborative team environment
12. Enthusiastic and energetic work ethic
13. Excellent organization skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to the tight and demanding deadlines
14. Welcome constructive criticism with an open mind, always seeking to improve work
