MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
-To implement BC development program.
-To build a strong field sales team.
-Customize training material for the local market.
-To train the field sales team on relevant skills to their job.
-Coordinate and support with marketing department team to develop and implement marketing plan.
-Conduct BC new product training in primary cities
-Assist Training Director to develop the BC & business potential on skincare and involve in the action plan.

-At least 5 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in fragrance -related brand
-Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
-Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
