AR Accountant(base in Chuansha office with shuttle bus)

Purpose:

? In order to fulfill the AR and Credit control because of new brands

? In charge of Guerlain, Benefit

Main Responsibilities:

? Monitor the DOS/receipts and communicate with Brands

? Credit limit control by Customer

? In charge of Customer creation and maintenance in JDE

? Prepare AR aging report weekly, AR monthly Ending Analysis Report and other relevant reports

? Match the invoice and follow up all difference between invoice and receipt

? AR closing

? Receipts forecast

Basic Requirements:

? Customer focus

? Learning on the fly

? Good communication skills

? Good team player

? Fair English expression in oral and written

? At least 3 years related experience in multinational company

? Good computer skills

? Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
