Main Responsibilities:

Sales Report:

• Submit reports promptly and accurately
• Sales report by counter (monthly, weekly, daily)
• Sales report of competitive brands (monthly, daily)
• Prepare some meeting data or PPT according as required
• BA Salary & Bonus Report (monthly)
• BA Duty & OT report

Assist Regional Sales Manager and Supervisor to submit reports

• Order handling and daily counter maintenance
• Familiar with SOP, handle daily orders promptly, identify abnormal situation and suppose feasible solution.
• Pay attention to the order process, coordinate with SSC to ensure orders, products and invoices processed smoothly.
• Assist supervisor in case of OOS.

Sales Administration:

• File the documents, e.g. counter contracts, authorization letters, etc.
• Organize internal meeting, make and deliver meeting minutes
• Travel arrangement, e.g. flight and hotel booking
• Responsible for BA's uniform, freegoods, stationary, etc.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with at least 2-year working experience, sales area background is preferred
• Numerical and analytical ability
• Priority setting
• Business and data acumen
• Fast learner and can work independently with efficiency, while being a team player
• Good time management skill
• Strong execution skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written, spoken and reading).
• Good in use of Microsoft office application, including word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good Communication Skills
