Responsibilities:

1. Work independently with creative agencies to develop and execute innovative in store events and beauty classes to achieve the business goals (theme, setup, GWP, program, evaluation, etc.)

2. Work closely with sales team to develop monthly POP production for trade purpose (EDM, DM, MMS/ SMS for promotion and in store event, etc.)

3. Allocate GWP/collateral, doing analysis report and tracking report on time

4. Develop unique co-brand CRM program to increase the consumers loyalty and return rate

5. Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree with above 3 years relevant working experience

2. Excellent internal and external communication skills and presentation skills

3. Fluent English in both written and spoken

4. Event agency working experience as account team or producer is preferred

5. Willing to travel and work under pressure
