职位描述：
岗位职责：
l To support IKEA account manager from all aspects such as capacity, capability, N&C package, efficiency, quality improvement, etc
l To secure high standard warehouse facility in China
l To standardize and streamline China warehouse process with high efficiency
l To secure warehouse competence, efficiency and capacity with necessary training and planning
l To secure WMS, barcode scanning, EDI and VAS implementation
l To secure MCS existing and new working routine implementation
l To Manage CFS performance through relevant KPI and lead regular meeting with warehouse to review performance and action plan with responsible area manager involved
l To ensure close cooperation between operation and warehouse so that we run tight operation and instructions do not fall through the cracks
l To facilitate key customers CFS visiting
l To secure safety, security, quality in each CFS in compliance with regulation
l To promote MCS image
l To benchmark our warehouse with major competition with pros and cons
l To know latest development of warehouse to meet MCS growing warehouse demand
l Warehouse procurement - to source proper warehouse with high standard and low price by working together with Area Managers / Office leaders
l To review China warehouse pricing
l To source backup warehouse in key locations to meet and support company development strategy and customer expectation
l To work together with area manager to manage peak season
l To develop warehouse solution and support overseas sales activities
l To report un-compliance issue timely. Follow up is needed

l Shipping knowledge
l Container knowledge
l PC skill
l Analysis skill
l Presentation skill
l English
l Experience in team leading
l 8 years warehouse experience at least
l Experience in consolidation and VAS
