职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Review monthly financial report and tax declaration report
复核由代理记帐公司准备的月度财务报告和税务报告。
2. Work with local agency to solve the problem　　　　　　　
协助解决代理记帐公司代理期间的问题。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
3. Review monthly payments before settlement 　　　
复核每月的付款申请。
4. Work with local auditor for annual audit and annual inspection
协助完成每年的审计报告，联合年检和税务年检。
5. Planning funds transfer from USD account to RMB account based on government policy and funds balance
在外汇管理条例的许可范围内，根据外汇帐户的余额安排结汇。
6. Paper voucher preparing
准备纸质付款凭证。
7. GP input for bank transaction & vendor payments
GP 系统的录入。
8. Oversee monthly expense allocation
审查每月的费用分配报告
9. Prepare expense report　　
准备每月的费用报告
10. Review vendor payments prepared in banking systems
复核付款申请。
11. Assist with enquires related to vendor payments
回答关于供应商付款的疑问。
12. Monthly budget preparing
编制月度预算报告
13. Accounting booking in Chinese and English Accounting system
中英文会计凭制的编制。
14. Prepare monthly financial report, tax report and monthly tax declaration
月度财务报告及税务报告的编制, 月度税务申报。
15. Prepare monthly expense allocation report
月度费用分配表的编制。
16. Issue Fapiao
填开发票。
17. Cash payment and bank wire payment preparing
填写现金付款单及电汇单
18. Prepare a template for cash check issue
现金支票的样本填写。

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in Accounting
会计专业，大专或以上学历
2. Acquired Accounting Profession Certification by passing the Accounting Professional Examination of China.
通过会计从业资格考试，取得会计从业资格证书
3. Acquired Intermediate Accountant Certification by passing the Intermediate Accountant Examination of China.
通过中级会计师考试，取得中级会计师职称证书
4. Good at China Accounting Law, Taxation Law, Company Law and other related laws.
熟悉会计法，税法，公司法及其他相关法律　
5. 5 years working experience in Accounting or above (after acquired the Certificate of Intermediate Accountant)
获得中级会计师职称后最少5年会计工作经验
