职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to LED driver design, development and validation for non-connected and Connected Luminaires with different structures. Mainly focus on LED solution making, product development risk management, PCB design, digital circuit application, new technology study, etc.
• Study and grap sensor technical knowledge and trend and to develop modules for luminaires.
• Be responsible to components release including in design, development, quality test, and work with suppliers to set up or optimize process.
• Provide support to other functions.

Requirements:

• Master / Bachelor Engineering degree
• More than 5 years soft engineer experience in electronics product production / assemble process, incl. SMT;
• Experience in developing testing and configuration SW systems
• Good knowledge in LED drivers, PCB layout, and LED luminaires, esp. Experience with kinds of safety norm and performance regulation of luminaires and drivers, etc.
• Good Knowledge and understanding of digital circuit design, esp. communication module based on Zigbee and Bluetooth.
• Rich experience in electrical component application and know-how.
• Competency and Skills:
• CAD: experience with AD, Mentor, Pspice, Altium, etc.
• Proven ability to work in a factory environment, relation with supplier (EMS, ODM)
• Rigorous, structure and strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and effectively
• Be good at trouble shooting
• Sense of urgency and high resilience level
• Strong execution and ability of driving for result
• Ability to work under stress and ambiguity
• Creative, independent judgment, high integrity and work dedication, leadership skills
• Good team player
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
