SUMMARY
Key roles and responsibilities of the Director of CBRE Research (national) are:


I. To assist Head of Research, China for the day-to-day operation of the Department, including improving CBRE database and supervising its research reports, and other administrative functions.


II. To supervise the collection and collation of the property data for the company and to co-ordinate and execute research assignments for internal/external clients as required on an ad hoc basis.


III. To lead team in servicing the needs of existing internal/external clients and the general nurturing of client relationships.


IV. To work with other BLLs to use research to drive client-based initiatives with the benefit of the broader support of the China research team.


V. To carry out any other assignments as directed by the Head of Research, China or Management.


REQUIREMENTS


·University graduate with a minimum of 8 years' industry-related experience.
·Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
·Professional writing skills in both English and Chinese.
·Good presentation skills.
·Essential educational or professional qualification necessary for successful job performance.
·A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Power Point.
