职位描述：
We are looking for someone either CICPA or CIMA qualified with plenty of financial experience ideally in the real estate industry (not a must). The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing both the day to day finance operations and the strategic financial position for our South China operation. This covers both the client managed spend and internal corporate profitability.

Role Summary:
1. Manage all aspects of the finance function - Balance Sheet, P&L, ensuring accuracy and correct accounting treatment. In charge of financial reporting, management analysis, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury and cash flow management by working with a small efficient team.
2. Business Partnering by providing high quality financial advice to both the client and the in-country senior management team
3. Produce monthly corporate management pack including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and forecast as well as production other analyses as required by the senior management.
4. Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers and clients to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company
5. Manage tax returns and annual audit both at the group level and local statutory level
6. Good working knowledge of accounting packages, preferably Sun System
7. Co-ordinate and communicate internationally with the global and regional finance teams.
8. Projects and ad-hoc duties

Minimum Requirements:
1. The successful applicant will have trained with one of the Big 4 audit firms and have at least 6 years of post-qualification (CA/CICPA/ACCA or equivalent) experience as finance professional.
2. Candidates must demonstrate competency in US GAAP, reporting, regional compliance and China tax.
3. Understanding of general finance systems or applications available in the market
4. Prior strong experience in both finance systems and of best practice in finance and accounting processes, preferably in a MNC environment
5. Process solid accounting/finance, analytical and interpersonal skill, a dedication to teamwork; strong work initiative and the ability to adapt new challenges and ideas.
6. Proven relationship building skills, including a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels, along with a variety of stakeholders, including effective working relationships with Corporate and Business Units
7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to target required messages to specific audiences and clearly articulate business impact and benefits of proposed solutions
8. Results-oriented, plus ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
9. Sound business acumen in assessing significance of issues and developing value-added recommendations
10. Comfortable in managing goals in situations without formal structure and adaptable to change
11. Advance in Mandarin and English, both writing and speaking
12. Prior experience of working in a senior finance role within a professional services organization or the real estate industry is a distinct advantage. 举报 分享
