Responsibilities:
1. Support the day to day operation for the oversea legal entities, including JE booking , Fixed Asset accounting, inter-co accounting
2. Responsible for closing, Fixed Asset mass addition, Deprecation,Fixed Asset reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, asset management, etc.
3. Effectively engage with key business partners including AP, AR, US GL team , Ops Finance, Tax, Treasury, internal and external auditors and other business partners across all sites to ensure smooth accounting support for business activities;
4. Prepare regular extensive business analysis including Fixed Asset analysis, Balance sheet analysis
5. Statutory reports preparation, plus Group reporting package as timeline, and ensure high quality submission
6. Following up on the progress of the improvement actions and update to managers
7. Drive technical accounting in a manner that aligns with the needs of US GAAP and local country GAAP
8. Ad-hoc task
Requirements：
1. Analytical-minded, fast learner and able to work independently under pressure
2. Minimum MNC 5 years’ Fixed Asset or GL , Reporting & financial management experience
3. Preferably with the financial analysis experience
4. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
5. Strong Interpersonal skill and presentation skill
6. Good communication skill and service oriented, fluency in English communication with oversea colleagues.
