Job Position and Location
QC/QA Supervisor – Shenzhen
Job Description:
1. To assist the Quality Engineering Manager in managing the work force of Test Lab department and QC Inspectors to meet the set targets of efficiency, inspection schedule and product quality issues.
2. Strong analytical skills in performing pre-shipment inspection report (PSI) review and issue the shipment approval.
3. Must be familiar with CAR review, validation and approval.
4. Coordinates with the merchandiser’s, suppliers and close communication with the client’s regarding product testing, CAR’s, PSI and other product quality issues prior to shipment.
5. Experienced in managing and implementing quality system for quality inspection and product testing.
6. Lead the quality team to deliver excellent customer service.
7. Support other members of the Quality team in product testing and product inspection.
Past Experience:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, with excellent knowledge in product inspection and testing.
2. Able to work under pressure with strong leadership skills.
3. Analytical minded with sound problem solving skill.
Education & Training:
1. University degree, major in Engineering, (electrical / mechanical / automation) Quality or equivalent
2. Excellent English skills, can work with English language environment
