中欧案例中心长期定向招聘博士毕业生担任案例研究员。

中欧国际工商学院案例中心目前肩负三项任务：首先，支持中欧教授开发更多有关中国主题的高质量教学案例，将案例推向哈佛案例库、毅伟案例库等知名国际案例库，引领商学院的教学与研究创新；其次，在上海市政府支持下，承担“上海MBA课程案例库开发共享平台”项目建设任务，与上海各大商学院一起，共建、共享、共赢，提升上海地区管理教育水平；第三，全面运营“中国工商管理国际案例库”（ChinaCases.Org），聚焦中国问题、坚持国际标准，将其建设成为全球有关“中国管理问题”的***案例库。

高质量的案例将为工商管理教学与研究注入活力，而具有博士学位、具备一定专业知识与能力的案例研究员能更有效地开发高质量案例；通过一段时间的磨练，这些博士毕业生可以及时把握各级管理者所面临的挑战及战略选择，迅速提升个人对管理实践问题的敏锐度与分析力。对有志于在管理学科领域长期发展的年轻学者而言，中欧案例中心将是一个不可多得的工作平台，有助于他们在学术理论与管理实践中找到平衡点。该岗位的工作地点既可以在中欧上海校园，也可以在中欧北京校园。部门采取弹性制工作时间，配以完善的绩效考核制度。相关工作职责与岗位要求请见本文下方。

Job Major Responsibilities:

To support a major case research initiative of the Shanghai government, CEIBS case center has immediate opening for several full-time case writers based in Shanghai and Beijing.

Collaborating with CEIBS faculty members in different fields, case writers' mission is to help improve education quality, program innovation and knowledge creation at CEIBS, to increase international adoption of CEIBS cases, and to develop themselves to be world class case development specialists and management experts.

More specifically, CEIBS case writers will

-      Working with CEIBS faculty to identify appropriate case leads within his/her specialty in one or more management education fields among corporate governance, strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, organization behavior, human resources, finance, accounting, technology, operation, supply chain, etc..

-      Conduct needed case research (both primary and secondary research) and write international-standard MBA teaching cases with limited supervision.

-      Work with faculty to develop case teaching notes, and get the case and teaching note publishable at international case libraries.

-      Conduct other types of practitioner-oriented research as needed.

-      Work with case center and school colleagues in case-development related services and activities.

Basic Job Requirements:

-      A passion for practitioner-oriented research and writing;

-      A drive to excel. Self-motivated.

-      Strong work ethics.

-      A good team player. Disciplined and professional.

-      Proven excellence in both oral and written communication skills.

-      An ability to juggle multiple projects and manage expectations of faculty and case companies.

-      Experience with business and management a plus.

主要的职责体现为：

1. 协同中欧教授开发符合教学要求的案例，涉及诸如公司治理、创新、创业、战略、市场营销、人力资源与组织行为、公司财务、会计、运营以及供应链等学科领域。
2. 根据教学目标，结合授课情况和课程反馈，不断完善案例和教学笔记，力争达到学院指定的国内外各类案例库的入库标准。
3. 支持案例教学与研究相关活动，参与本部门、跨部门及与外部机构的沟通交流，探索新型案例研究方法、提升专业水平。

China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) was co-founded by the Chinese government and European Union (EU) in 1994, with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the EFMD serving as its executive partners. CEIBS has campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Accra in Ghana, and Zurich in Switzerland.
