工作职责:
1. OTT/IPTV/Hybrid机顶盒产品硬件设计与开发
a. 负责产品硬件设计方案
b. 负责硬件详细设计及相关文档的制作（如原理图、BOM单等）
c. 与结构工程师沟通、协调，处理与产品结构相关事宜（如散热、器件定位、尺寸等）
d. 负责PCB Layout
e. 负责与工厂沟通与协调 - 工程样机生产、产品试产和产品量产，在计划时间内达到产品量产质量要求
f. 产品硬件调试，功能、性能、可靠性等QA测试与改进
g. 与软件工程师协作，处理与软、硬件密切相关部分
h. 产品后续跟踪与改善，负责处理硬件设计问题与技术支持
2. 产品认证 - 负责与认证机构协调、沟通及跟踪认证进度
CE、R&TTE、RoHS 2、ERP、REACH、Environmental、FCC、UL、WEEE、HDMI/HDCP、Macrovision、Dolby等
3. 品质保证与测试 - 与QA一起负责订单生产的沟通、协调、进度跟踪，以及每次生产产品的样机测试
职位要求:
1. 计算机、电子工程、自动化、无线电工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 四年以上IPTV/DVB机顶盒产品硬件设计、开发工作经验。
3. 具有丰富的DVB-T/T2/C/S/S2/ISDB-T等相关射频信号质量测试与改进经验。
4. 熟练使用PowerLogic, PowerPCB等相关软件。
5. 具备一定的英语听、说、读写技能。
6. 细心、耐心、具有良好的组织能力，能够在压力下或时间紧迫的项目中工作。
7. 性格开朗，具有很强的沟通交流、团队合作、客户支持及解决问题的意识及能力。
