职位描述：
Besides the senior engineer role below, the candidate is expected to help with setting up the service office and team in Shenzhen. He/She shall be able to handle customer relationship and support sales side with application and project implementation.

Business Role:
Customer application and business support.

Engineer Role:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting company automation and test system products in the field.
He/she will transfer the product knowledge of the engineering design, application and system production departs from the US headquarters, and provide and manage system commissioning, project acceptance support, customer demonstrations, and the technical and commercial activities at customer facilities.
Projects will also include system and instrumental product demonstration and specification for customers, beta testing, application DOE design and evaluation, training and customer value delivery programs
He/she will also be responsible for generating technical documents and other training materials and transferring the knowledge to company team and customers.
He/she will work closely with customer engineers to develop solutions to problems, and worldwide applications, engineering, sales and marketing.
This position may require domestic and international travel in short notice, and be comfortable to work with customers peer to peer in the daily basis.


Preferred Qualifications
- Have Bachelor or above in Engineering, Science or related fields.
- Background of capital equipment or critical component industry serving the consumer electronics market.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, combined with a methodical approach, and clear communication.
- Well-organized, strong follow-up abilities, demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven, yet a team player, analytical, leadership, interpersonal and project management skills. 举报 分享
