Management Trainee Job description

We are looking for our future leaders!
The Management Trainee Program is designed for candidates with potential to become an integral member of our management team.

Program Overview

It's a 18-25 months development program that provides a comprehensive view of our corperate culture, management philosophy, business operations, business models and organizational structure. In order for you to gain hands-on and practical industry experience, you will rotate between different roles in various fields including Operations, Sales & Marketing, Production, QA, Finance, Customer Service, Human Resources, General Affairs

Exposure in various departments by rotations
Team leading tasks and management project assignments
Sharing, advice, and feedback from your Coaches and Mentor

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent with 2~4 years working experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Skills Required
  
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-point)
Good organizational skills

Team player
Can do attitude ?
Ability to work well under pressure
