职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责部门管理及部门工作计划、目标的制定、检查、以及部门员工的考评考绩工作；
2、协助部门经理完成推广产品的具体业务管理工作，协助部门经理拟定年度销售计划、分解目标、报批并督导实施；
3、负责组织销售市场调研，信息收集、及时掌握市场动态、跟踪掌握市场行情，及时提供合理和有效的营销策略；
4、协助部门经理汇总市场信息，提报项目调整、修改建议；把握重点客户，参加重大销售谈判和签订合约；
5、负责收集、整理、归纳客户资料，对客户群进

任职资格：
1、配合销售经理落实周期性销售计划方案。
2、具有良好的人际沟通、电话营销、谈判能力，分析及解决问题的能力；
3、工作严谨，坦诚正直，工作计划性强，并具有战略前瞻性思维；
4、熟悉日常办公软件操作，具有较高的工作效率；
5、有较强的事业心，具有团队配合性，服从直属领导工作安排；
6、具有较强的抗压能力，敢于挑战自我
