职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据现有的编制及公司业务发展需要，制定人员招聘计划，经批准后实施；
2、负责人事档案的管理、保管、劳动合同的签订；
3、制定公司及各个部门培训计划，经批准后实施；
4、负责拟定部门薪酬制度和方案，建立行之有效的激励和约束机制；
5. 制定绩效考核，并对各部门监督和控制，及时解决其中出现的问题，使绩效考核能够落到实处；
6、负责办理员工入离职、转正定级、升职、加薪、奖励及纪律处分、社保等人事异动手续；
7、负责员工考勤统计工作；
8、部门经理交办的其它工作。
9..组织、协调公司年会、员工活动、市场类活动及各类会议，负责外联工作及办理公司所需各项证照。
任职要求：
1、工作细致踏实，有较强的工作责任感和职业操守；
2、具备良好的多向沟通能力和综合协调管理能力；
3、积极主动、自信、诚信正直、有较好的人际交往能力；
4、良好的行政管理经验；
