职位描述：
Duties:
- Oversee the team to ensure every shipment is arranged timely and properly and is in accordance with customer and internal’s guidelines.
- Logistic cost control.
- Ensures accuracy of shipping memo entries as well as calculated costs.
- Work effectively with customers’ supplier chain team and factories to ensure inquiries and shipments are handled appropriately.
- Work closely with internal Sales Team to ensure shipment terms and costs set forth with factories and customers are most optimal and cost effective.
- Work with factories and customers logistics if there are any discrepancies concerning shipping related matters.
- Be on top of current custom rules and regulation involving shipping out goods in, out, or within China.
- Repeat orders follow up and shipment control.
- Prepare on-time-delivery and Open order Reports;

Requirements：
- College degree above. Over 5 yrs working experience in logistics.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated leadership skills and people management skills
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded;
- Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills;
