PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTIBILITIES

Sales forecast processing with marketing


Involve in and prepare monthly rolling sales forecast with marketing team.



Order processing with TPM


Compiles finished goods inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of finished goods. Confirm monthly FOP and purchase order and related information with TPM. Confers with TPM to solve special material supply and production schedule issue.



Participates in and prepare sourcing data (MOQ, lead time, quotation, supply risk ) analysis and sourcing reports generation for new products launch. Coordinate to ensure very step can be followed on time to meet new products launch plan,



Corresponds with foreign companies concerned to ensure the delivery. Handles and monitors the customs clearance of material or finished goods order from oversea company orders and other cases.



Coordinate all export orders to solving all outstanding supply issue.



Supply Data Analysis


Maintains files of documents used and prepared. Provides accurate, realistic and prompt inventory analysis reports for slowing moving or oos situation to company for business operation performance review.




QUALICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. College or university level of qualification is essential, preferably with logistics and operations orientation.

2. Experienced in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, food or pharmaceutical industries in preferred.

3. At least 3 years' of planning experience (MPS/MRP), materials management and/or Third party supplier management with a multinational manufacturing firm.

4. MS office skill and strongly data collection and analysis capability.

5. ERP experience is preferred
