Basic Job Requirements:

· Associate Brand Manager to contribute to responsible category strategy formulation for China region;

· Coordinate New Product Development projects and support brand manager to make sure all projects on time. Support to prepare Stage Gate for local innovation development if necessary;

· Initiate pricing structure based on sound understanding of basic cost of goods principles and competitive pricing analysis;

· Assistant to develop and implement 360 degree integrate launch plan, including media, online, ground event, promotion, etc. and deliver a guideline and support to PR and merchandising.

· Initiate and update launch post evaluation for new production project monthly. (3 months after launch);

· Support Brand Manager to deliver consistent communication tools aligning with global guideline including leaflet, pop, key visual, website etc for owned category;

· Promotion support and coordination;

· Involve managing healthy inventory levels with operation dept. Prepare product forecasting (SPI monthly meeting & update) for owned category with sales & operation dept;

· Follow up with tracking & competitive media spend data.

· Regular reporting.

Person Specification/Requirements:

Undergraduate

2 years of branding and New Product Development experience;

Prefer cosmetics industry branding management experience;

Must be detail-focused & careful;

Smart and quick-learning;

Good team worker
