Job Responsibilities

-Proactively collect and well understand the local regulation and news on cosmetics through various approaches. Submit feedback to authorities when they issue draft regulations to the public.

-Responsible for applying for domestic special license, imported license in reasonable time frame.

-Review all the formulas, prepare the ingredient lists based on regulation, lead the version switch if any formula changes.

-Review all the artwork of both global and local products to make sure they are regulation compliant.

-Complete notification of all the non-special products at provincial FDA.

-Complete notification of all the imported finished goods at Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau

-Complete notification of manufacturing consignment at authority.

-Acquire formulas/procedure/specification/RPPS from R&D headquarter, prepare Chinese version based on local conditions & trial to support the local manufacturing & filling at TPMs.

-Support sales to effectively deal with regulation affairs from the distributer/market.

-Prepare proper documentation to assist cross-functional team to complete customs clearance, etc.

-Others assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in related science.

At least 3 years working experience in cosmetics company for formula/process development regulation.

Technical knowledge of product safety, regulatory and the Chinese regulatory systems

Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Good MS office application skills.
