Position Description
The position would be responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis. It requires the ability to utilize software to generate metrics and develops actionable reporting. The work will require collaboration with various function teams to help develop data driven metrics to support the decision process.
Role & Responsibilities:
? Create new PAMS onto BPCS and data maintenance for all promotion plans to ensure business going
smoothly
? New Price maintenance onto BPCS
? Order form housekeeping based on SKU on/off plan
? Co-ordination on new product set up in BPCS system
? SPI (FCST by SKU) uploading onto BPCS and cross check with OPS team on number accuracy
? Collect internal and external data from market / POS system / Data-track and come out regular report for
management team
? Build up a set of analytical resources, meaningful reporting, and methodologies to enhance decision-
making support
? Support on forecast and review sales performance on all kind of product, promotion effectiveness, new
products launch, slow moving or obsolete stock in channel, etc.
? Investigate problem and report root cause, and co-ordinate internal parties to follow up solution plan
? Ad hoc duties may be assigned by management
Requirements:
? University graduate with 2 year or above business analysis experiences in FMCG
? Experience manipulating large sets of data in MS Excel
? Prior experience with large scale ERP systems
? Proactive work attitude and genuine interest in beauty products and retail industry
? Extrovert and good communication skill and fluent English both in reading and writing
