Job Responsibilities:
1.Counsel managers and associates regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws
2.Develop and implement talent plans, monitor workforce planning processes, acquire key talent, create and ensure implementation of action plans for diversity initiatives, analyze talent management data, provide recommendations regarding talent strengths and development needs, engage resources to address talent gaps and oversee performance management processes and initiatives.
3.Perform talent reviews and risk assessments to identify, reward and retain high performers.
4.Coach and mentor business head, line manager, team leader by working with them to understand their career aspirations, performance and capabilities and provide counsel and input on how to grow and improve their careers.
5.Gather internal and external perspectives, trends and other data specific to geographic area; create potential initiatives; integrate business strategies with both global and divisional goals; align resources; execute plans and monitor region performance against plans.
6. Work with VP and relevant business leaders to understand people challenges and business objectives and identifies opportunities relating to people agenda and addresses them, facilitate discussion and deliberation when required.
7. Support business leaders in change management or transformation strategies and translate these into appropriate action steps such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, retention and development programs.
8. Gather talent and business metrics to analyze and proactively highlight areas of concern and recommended actions to address them.
9. Take initiatives to implement compensation survey and make maximum use of compensation & benefit to motivate well performed talents and retain key talents for business department.
10. In partnership with business managers to contribute on the corporate culture motivation.
11. Implement improvement plans/actions for the hiring and selection process in China and take in charge of interview for senior positions. (Eg. JD standardization, Job competency identification, BEI-STAR interview skills etc ).
Job Requirements:
1. University or above, major in human resource management, business management etc.
2. At least five years in charge of full spectrum of human resource & admin activities in MNCs.
3. Excellent command in both written & spoken English and local language
4. Well versed in local labor laws and employment regulations and practices
5. Mature, approachable and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
6. Strong ability to manage change
7. A well organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment
8. Make sound judgments and exercise discretion to evaluate business
9. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and cultural differences
10.Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills.
11.Knowledge of statutory laws regarding licensing, welfare benefits, pay and allowances, pollution control.
12.Think and act strategically through creating initiatives aligned with company and division strategy
13.Maintaining actions and though leadership as an associate advocate
14.Promote through example a customer focused environment
15.Establish an environment of ethics and compliance
16.Develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationship.
