?Responsibility
1. To in line with global sourcing strategy, develop/Implement local procurement strategies for the key suppliers in Professional Service category with the updated knowledge of market intelligence and internal demands analysis. The sourcing strategy will drive the continuous improvement on any possible value generation for the assigned commodities/service.
2. Lead, manage and coordinate indirect sourcing activities per sourcing process for Professional Service category to ensure the implementation of category sourcing strategy
3. Lead contract negotiation and contracting process to ensure cost saving and risk control targets
4. Proactive stakeholder engagement and have a clear communication plan with key stakeholders
5. Drive change management to ensure good relationship with key stakeholders
6. Ensure the understanding of the sourcing strategy by key stakeholders
7. Generate supplier portfolio, frequently maintain, update, categorize, and analyze the supplier database
8. Lead supplier classification for the assigned category and develop the supplier management approach for different classified suppliers
9. Keep tracking supplier’s performance and develop/maintain key suppliers that provide competitive advantages such as the lowest cost, excellent quality/service level and superior customer service and innovation solution
10. Maintain and update the existing contract list, cross check the implementation of frame contracts, review the required supplier reports, conduct post contract audits and monitor the supplier performance
11. Collaborate with global category team to guarantee local requirements are considered in the global tendering
12. Conduct the local sourcing activities to in line with global sourcing strategy
13. Continuously improve the workflows and processes to meet the business requirement and general operation efficiency such as eCatalogue solution optimization
14. Support target achievements such as savings, automations, working capital improvements, eSourcing implementation etc
15. Ensure Compliance
16. Enhance compliance and transparency to minimize company and business risk
17. Ensure the competitive cost and high service for company through market lead
18. Identify and pursue innovative solutions to contribute to business success
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree with at least 6-year working experience of indirect sourcing in international companies and at least 3-year working experience related to Professional Service category is preferred
2. Experienced in sourcing strategy development/implementation, supplier management and stakeholder management
3. Strategic thinking and strong project leadership/management skills
4. Embrace innovative ideas and eager to drive changes
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Capable of building, growing and maintaining smooth cooperation relationship with key stakeholders to deliver objectives
7. Self-motivated
8. Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
9. Skillful with all relevant Microsoft applications, SAP, e-sourcing tools, etc
