职位描述：
职责 Responsibilities:
1 评估最新的绿色产品和客户绿色产品要求，并将评估结果提交上级。
  Reviewing latest GP regulations and customer GP requirements and submitting review opinions to superior.
2 依据绿色产品法规和客户的绿色产品要求更新有关绿色产品控制的管理体系文件。
 Updating GP control MS documents according to latest GP regulations, and customer GP requirements.
3 从样品阶段开始，检查产品的合规性，为所有产品建立和维护材料合规性声明数据。
 From Sample phase, checking the compliance of parts, preparing and maintaining MCD data for all parts.
4 依据客户的要求提供绿色产品数据。Provide GP data according to customer requirements.
5 内部绿色产品培训。Internal GP training.
6 在供应商的绿色产品管理方面给采购部和SQE提供必要支持。
  Provide necessary support to PUR and SQE in the process of supplier GP management.
7. 建立和维护供应商数据库，包括供应商的ISO证书、GP报告/协议等等，就失效或者接近失效的报告/协议、协议提醒采购部和SQE及时向供应商跟催更新的报告/协议。
Establishing and maintaining database of supplier, including supplier’s ISO Certificate, GP report/ agreement and etc. For the report/ agreement which are expired or near expiration, reminding PUR and SQE timely impel supplier to obtain updated report/ agreement.
8. 实施年度环境管理和其他方面法律和其他要求更新状态的检查。参与实施年度其他方面法律和其他要求更新状态的检查。
  Implement update checking on legal and other requirement on environmental management and other aspects.
9. 参与实施合规性评价。Participating in compliance evaluation.
10. 建立和维护化学品材料安全数据表的数据库。Establishing and maintaining chemical MSDS.
11. 定期检查化学品管理过程，发现问题，及时通知责任部门采取措施改进，以降低风险。
   Regularly checking management of chemicals. If find issue, timely informing responsible department to take action for
      improvements and reduce risk.
12. 定期检查绿色产品管理过程，发现问题，及时通知责任部门采取措施进行改进，以降低风险。
   Regularly checking management of GP, if find issue, timely informing responsible department to take action for
      improvements and reduce risk.
13. 建立和维护非绿色材料清单，支持责任部门就非绿色材料的使用获得客户批准。
   Establishing and maintaining the list of Non-GP material, support responsible departments to obtain customer approval for
      using Non-GP material.
14. 定期检查非绿色材料管理过程，发现问题，及时通知责任部门采取措施进行改进，以降低风险。
   Regularly checking management of Non-GP material, if find issue, timely informing responsible department to take action
      for improvements and reduce risk.
15. 参与公司内部审核，完成审核任务。Participating in the company internal audit, carrying out audit tasks.
16. 参与供应商审核，完成审核任务，协助跟踪供应商的改进措施。
   Participate in supplier audit, carrying out audit tasks, supporting following up supplier improvement actions.
17 参与实施QC080000、ISO14001，包括参与在绿色产品管理方面和环境管理方面的持续改进。
   Participating in the implementation of QC080000, ISO14001. Including participating in the continuous improvement in GP
      management and ENV management.
18. 协助实施职业健康安全管理。Supporting implementation of OHS Management.
19 协助公司管理体系的实施。Assist in the implementation of MS of the company.
20 上级安排的其他工作。Other work assigned by superior.

能力要求Capacity Requirement:
1 熟练使用电脑和相关软件如Word, Excel, PowerPoint等；
  Can use computer and related software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.
2 较强的沟通能力和团队合作能力；Strong communication skill and team work ability;
3. 具有工作主动性；Initiative in work.
4. 热爱学习，严格要求自己，善于接受他人的意见以及自省而不断进步。
