The NV Game Services Team is a agile team focused on delivering clean and maintainable service solutions for connecting NVIDIA customers to each other on our platform and through our devices. NVIDIA– Software Development Engineer in Test

NVIDIA is looking for SDETs to build video game technology components and to connect players through their GRID service and through PC and android clients.

The SDET must be able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups. Enthusiasm and flexibility in working on a variety of projects are also necessary. The ideal applicant is someone who enjoys technical challenges and the satisfaction of overcoming them. In this critical role, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working with platform architects, service engineers, and our operations team. We are looking for engineers who are proactive about pushing boundaries, removing bottlenecks, and building software to help our developers build an innovative new game experience.

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive series of automated test cases against a suite of network services integrated with a wide range of NVidia software products.
? Maintain and add to the existing automation framework for NVidia services.
? Evaluate test cases continuously for inclusion in automation.
? Review incident reporting from production services to guide future regression and automation priorities.
? Participate in triage, diagnosis, and hot fix development for live service incidents.
? Integrate test cases for new features, and develop toolsets to augment QA and development testing.
? Work closely with service development team in an agile environment to deliver high quality network services.

Requisites:
? BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
? Significant experience in unit testing and test case automation for web scale service development.
? Experience with continuous test, continuous integration and continuous delivery
? Experience with test implementation using C# or Java.
? Excellent scripting skills: Python, JavaScript, etc.
? Experience with a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
? Demonstrates outstanding debugging and troubleshooting skills in a large scale service
? Solid understanding on networking and related tools: HTTPS/SSH/firewalls/DNS
? Experience with version control systems: Perforce, git
? Strong cross-team collaborator, open communicator

Bonus skills:
? Games industry experience
? Experience with Linux hosted service environments.
