Job Description
? This position leads the implementation of the supply chain plans to deliver the business strategy including balancing supply and demand over a daily or monthly planning horizon, to achieve optimum production availability, capacity utilization and supply chain efficiencies. This role requires establishing the process and infrastructure to support the development of planning team under supply planning organization.
? This position provides expertise in application of SAP to achieve Supply Chain’s goal. Responsibilities including working on optimization efforts and major initiatives or projects, as well as providing day-to-day support.
1. Maintain and execute production supply planning within SAP.
2. Build scenarios of production and supply chain capabilities and limitations. Identify potential areas that lack efficiency, developing feasible solutions that will work in light of Asia supply planning team.
3. Lead or actively participate global or regional supply chain improvement projects.
4. Monitoring and reporting performance measurement of critical operations and developing new reports with IT for routine tracking and reporting.
5. Delinquencies management- ensures the quarter supply is sufficient to cover the demand forecast.
6. Drive improvements in BI forecast accuracy.
7. Hub management plan and control of hub inventory

Job Specifications
1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree of supply chain management, industry automation or Information systems.
2. 3-5 years’ experience with SAP preferably with hands-on experience in implementation
3. A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a supply chain planning role or related experience in supply chain operations, logistics or manufacturing of semiconductor.

4. Ability to interact positively with other departments, external customers and service providers
5. Skills in troubleshooting and problem resolving, quality assurance, system analysis and design
6. Good communication and project management skill
