职位描述：
FPCA Leader, FPCA stands for Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
· Transfer the FPCA project to SZ smoothly and successfully
· Supervises the FPCA team to meet the objectives of Quality, On Time Delivery, Cost and 
WIP reduction etc.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Transfer the FPCA project to SZ smoothly and successfully
· Supervises the FPCA team to meet quality, production and shipment targets.
· Streamline and Lean implementation
· Lead and monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes.
· Continuously improvement in meliorating cycle time and quality as well as reducing cost..
· Lead and work out right solutions to improve the efficiency and FPY.
· Ensure implementation and adherence to Company policy, health and safety, as well EHS
compliance.
· Perform efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments to meet
plant targets.
· Overall responsibilities in efficient utilization of equipment and facilities.

Leadership & Influence (For supervisory level and above)
· At least 5 years manager/leader experience.
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Give necessary support to the team when resource shortage or technical issues.
Education, Qualification and training
College or above with in major electronics or management.
Experience or skills required
· At least 10 years hands on PCBA/FPCA experience, strong capability and solid 
Experiences of Production/Project management with PCBA knowledge.
· Solid solution oriented ability, and attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
· Excellent trouble-shooting, root causes analysis, problem solving techniques.
· Outstanding ability to act decisively and solve people or equipment-related problems.
· Conflict management skills, ability to prevent and solve conflicts.
· Proved ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
· Logical mindset, attention to details, intuitive, able to deliver accurate results and good
team player
· Strong interpersonal skills and business sense.
· Strategic and analytic capabilities.
· Good EHS concept and managing skill.
· Good speak and write in English.
· Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment. 
Specialised knowledge or skills required
Automotive PCBA experience is a plus.

· Line balance and WIP reduction
· Turnover rate
