职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、结合公司发展战略、年度市场工作目标，制定市场营销策划方案；
2、负责开拓市场业务，进行产品的宣传推广，包括管理以及进度的推进；
3、负责公司各活动策划以及执行计划的制定；
4、制定活动执行细案及跟踪执行；
5、负责活动推进以及活动现场执行控制；
6、协调各部门的关系，做好各部门之间的沟通。内求协调、外求协作；
7、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

任职要求：

1、较强的行业敏感性，具有独立的工作能力和市场调研分析能力，能整合项目定位、广告策略、文案、创意、设计等全案工作；
3、具有活动策划、执行经验，沟通能力强，能够了解客户心理需求；
4、敢于创新，具备高度的工作热情和事业心，有良好的团队合作精神；
5、文字功底扎实，语言表达能力强；
