Job Description
?Deliver and maintain key sales training programs for Field Sales & Applications in multiple formats,
including virtual and traditional classroom settings.
?Support the delivery of “Boot Camps” initial training and associated skills application.
?Identify, develop materials and train sales employees on sales messaging tools focused on Value
Propositions and Insight Delivery.
?Deliver sales course content in multiple formats, including virtual and traditional classroom settings
?Utilize feedback and sales team needs to modify course and instructional methods.
?Establish strong relationships with Regional Manager, DSM, FSEs, Application Engineers and Sales
and lead working group efforts
?Coach sales force and provide skill assessment evaluations to sales management.
?Serve as a subject matter expert for sales training, sales process and systems.
?Maintain current knowledge of sales processes and customer's buying trends to align with corporate
goals.
?Participate in Sales Team meetings and deployments to ensure best practices are maintained.
?Support the planning and execution of global and regional sales meetings.
?Perform other related duties as assigned including project and logistics co-ordination (e.g. room set
up, invites etc.)

Job Requirements
? At least 3 years of direct, field based enterprise sales experience including experience with
？ Enterprise Sales & Methodologies
? Including three or more of the following
? Value Selling
? SPIN Selling
? Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling and LAMP
? Challenger Sales
？ Industry trends and cycles
？ Completing Sales Cycles (Lead > Negotiation> Close)
？ Pipeline Management & Forecasting Capability
? At least 3 years classroom and web training experience with sales course curriculum as above to
audiences including Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and Channel and Global Account
Managers.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Including, but not limited to advanced
facilitation, presentation
? Ability to work independently and on special projects
? Ability to works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
? Strong organizational and follow through skills
? Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, working effectively across
internal cross-functional teams and external vendors
? English and Mandarin fluency
? Willing and able to travel within mainland China, Taiwan, the rest of Pacific Rim and to Corporate
Headquarters in USA
Other desired skills include:
? Excellent decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
? Competent user of Microsoft Office applications
? Track record of analysing audience needs and tying them to business requirements
