Role Synopsis

To work closely with channel marketing manager-IWS to develop customer value proposition, specific offers, channel programs and trade-oriented point of sales materials for Castrol Auto Service (CAS), based on the agreed space / brand strategy.
Drive channel & consumer advocacy, develop & execute trade/mechanics and consumer loyalty program
To work with TSM network and Sales to deliver these to customers in the most optimal manner in order to maximize business returns, to track progress and adapt plans under the guidance and supervision of the PCO Space Manage

Key Accountabilities

Plans
Work with channel marketing manager-IWS to develop customer value proposition, respective tiered offer and annual channel marketing plan for CAS
Lead the development & execution of CAS annual plan with guidance of PCO Space Manager
Lead the development of mechanics advocacy programs, work closely with Channel Marketing Mgr.-IWS and with guidance of PCO Space Manager
Lead the development of consumer loyalty programs, work closely with brand mgr. and with guidance of PCO Space Manager
Lead the development & execution of IWS & CAS training programs


Execute
Deliver specific marketing materials, working with the local agency and with inputs from brand team, TSM network and Sales as appropriate;
Good communication with brand team, TSM and sales team of plans and activities
Deliver all agreed marketing initiatives with excellence.

Monitor
Monitor all activities within his\her responsibilities, including all initiatives (execution of plans);
Define KPIs and tracking system, monitor progress of initiatives vs agreed KPIs;
Monitor implementation of marketing plan elements and offers and deployment of materials developed
.


Projects
Lead space projects when necessary.




Essential Criteria
University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other
Related field .
Minimum 5 years of channel marketing or trade marketing experience is required
Experience of branded store management or CRM program is preferred
Good communication skills
Fluent both in English and Mandarin

Desirable Criteria




Consumer Insights: Understanding of consumers and their profile, psychographic, purchase and oil change habits and behaviour, preferences, needs and wants (both functional and psychological; hidden and unhidden);



Customer Insights: Understanding of customers and their requirements, including: volume, material and shipping specifications, contractual needs, relational preferences, grounded in a knowledge of their business objectives and strategy, decision processes, organization, technology, and manufacturing processes;


Partnership and teamwork: Understands the unspoken meanings and motivations of others, even in highly subtle or "political" situations, inside or outside the company;


Measuring Market Success: Consistently adapts plans on the basis of the KPI's. Develops finely tuned KPI's to measure subtle objectives not measurable through standard means;


Customer-Service Orietation: Implies a desire to help or serve others, to meet their needs. It means focusing one's efforts on discovering and meeting the customer or client's needs.
