1、天线设计、电磁场与微波、通信、电子工程等相关专业，专科以上学历，英语四级水平；
2、2年以上天线产品开发设计工作经验，或者，从事过天线方面毕业设计的应届研究生；
4、具有较强的动手能力，熟悉网络分析仪、频谱仪等常用射频测试仪器，熟练使用Por/E、AutoCAD、Protel；
