职位描述：
工作职责
1、入驻到客户公司现场办公，为客户提供现场的差旅咨询及预订服务（包括酒店、机票的预订等)，客户所在地均为500强企业，工作环境佳；
2、帮助客户执行差旅政策，收集整理差旅管理信息；
3、各类数据汇总，按月统计结算报表，核对账务；
4、及时反馈客户需求，汇总客户意见、建议并上报给公司。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，熟练掌握电脑操作及office办公软件；
2、有较强的服务意识和亲和力，形象气质佳，普通话标准，备基本的英语听说写能力；
3、有一年以上酒店接前台、票务预订、差旅服务工作经验者优先，具备国际机票操作经验优先；
4、学习能力佳，善于沟通、灵活应变。 举报 分享
