要求：

计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上财产险公司IT管理经验，具有大型财产险公司总公司IT管理工作经验；
熟悉财产险行业IT技术、行业解决方案和发展趋势；
具有良好的IT基础架构设计、应用开发、安全管理等IT运营管理能力，能有效将业务需求转化为相应的IT项目和方案，并加以实施和推进；
具备良好的领导及管理能力；
