Job Responsibilities:
1、Interact and manage customer’s inquiry or complaint mainly through email and also social media; this includes troubleshooting, answering questions, and analysis of reported issues, replacement of defective units, arranging delivery in a knowledgeable and professional manner
2、Responds to customer’s inquiries and/or complaints in a timely manner - research and analysis customer inquiry/complaint, identify problem, respond and trouble shooting.
3、Identify and prioritize problem cases, and route cases to appropriate or designated resources for resolution and to follow up until case is fully resolved.
4、Document supporting procedures and solutions for common problems.
5、Communicate with various internal departments and our partners for information sharing
6、Ensure delivery of quality customer service and elicits feedback from customers to monitor their satisfaction.
Requirements:
1、0-3 years of customer service experience and/or operation experience, experience in customer electronic/ software would be a plus (0-3年客服经验,消费类电子从业者为佳)
2、Bachelor degree in any discipline, fluent English is a must spoken and written, another foreign language would be an added advantage.(大专以上学历,英语听说写流利,如掌握第二外语为佳)
3、Ability to work in a time sensitive and diversify environment (能够适应有时效性和多样化的工作环境)
4、Proven desire to update product knowledge and skill set where required (能够及时更新产品知识)
5、Strong Customer Orientation, Good Customer Service, Communication, Problem Solving skills (以客户为导向,良好的服务态度、沟通技巧和解决问题的能力)
