职位描述：
Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in construction/materials/engineering.
2. 1 - 3 years work experience in quality control.
3. Good command in English and Cantonese.
4. A team player, work in a co-operative, pro-active manner.


Responsibilities


1. Acquire basic product knowledge of major building and/or civil construction materials to facilitate factory inspection of manufacturers.
2. Understand basic requirement in contract specification and international standards applied for major building and/or civil construction material.
3. Carry out factory inspection and assessment on China manufacturers on quality, safety and environmental aspect, production capabilities and management system.
4. Co-ordinate with independent inspection agent and/or testing laboratories on product testing on China manufacturers.
5. Compile factory visit reports and recommendation for inclusion on Qualified China Vendor List.
6. Compile risk assessment and mitigation reports on selected China Manufacturers.
7. Monitor production activities of China manufacturers on quality control, production schedule, testing requirement and shipping schedule.
8. Liaise with project management to deal with production process non-conformances.
9. Develop and implement inspection, test and audit plans.
10. Implement and promote Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policy in related to material supply to China manufacturers.
11. Understand terms and conditions of Purchase Order and related contract documents. 举报 分享
