职位描述：
1、负责亚马逊平台的运营，上传、上下架、推广、销售、售后等一系列运营；
2、协调其他部门，保证上架商品的转换率，成交率；
3、根据产品的销售与排名变化,及时制定和调整产品的销售政策和推广计划，做好数据 的统计分析工作；
4、制定和完善店铺的销售政策与售后服务,提高店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；
5、与客户良好的沟通，解决客户的疑问，及时回复客户的问题，避免客户投诉以及投诉的妥善处理；
6、收集分析市场状况及竞争对手状况，制定推广与销售计划...等；

任职要求
1、了解电子商务平台营销规则，熟悉外贸平台各种营销工具，对站内推广有独到见解；
2、有操作管理Amazon平台经验一年以上经验，有新账号培养经验者优先；
3、善于沟通，能融入团队合作，能独立解决账号问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等； 举报 分享
