Description of Requirements
Understand Michelin group infra strategy and roadmap and ensure the compliance in Asia zone
Working with Technical Strategy Architects and Platform Architects, validate technical solution design.
Propose solutions as necessary based on the Michelin Infra strategic and standard Product& Solution catalogue
Follow up technical issues to ensure on time delivery of key projects
Support operation team to solve infra stability and performance problems
Define and improve system management processes with related teams
Facilitate and track infra technical obsolescence and refresh
Forecast and track main Resource Unit cost including server, DASD, hosting
Key Qualities Required
5+year of IT technical architect or relavant working experience.
Wide knowledge on IT infrastructure, including networking/VoIP/Windows /AIX/WAS/Oracle database/Storage system management, performance tunning , etc
Strong communication skill in Chinese and English
Good documentation and presentation skill.
Able to manage resources from outsource partners or other teams without authority.
Multi-tasking ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or other engineering field, master degree highly preferred
10year+IT experience with 5+year of IT technical architect experience.
Speak fluent English and Chinese
Experience on project management, vendor management of team management is a plus
