Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with Business Unite to do technical preparation working for new product introduction.
2. Coordinate all of department in factory and Conduct sample run of new and transfer products.
3. Sample run follow up, management and launch to mass production.
4. New product ramp up and quality follow up.
5. First run yield and quality issue follow up.
6. Co-ordination of technical, logistic and manufacturing issues related to new project and products. Such as : CP, PFMEA,
KANBAN,…..
7. Factory contact person / liaison to BU (business unit) and R&D.
8. Production counterpart of MFE of the design site.
9. Consultant of R&D due to manufacturing related problems.
10.Change management, product change process.
11. Technical Support for sales department.
Requirements:
1.Ability to read technical drawings and documents.
2.Familiar with the general manufacturing process.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills.
4.Knowledge in MS Office, Strong MS Excel, SAP desirable，Skilled in CAD or ProE.
5.Read, write and speak English fluently.
6.Initiative/ efficiency/ Judgment/ Attention to detail/ Communication skills
7.At least 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry or related area.
8.Have experience in new project or products follow up.
9.Have work experience in global enterprises is preferred.
10.Close contact with different departments within the enterprises.
