Principal Accountability
Support the team leader to achieve annual budget of Trade Credit through providing effective planning & execution marketing strategies to the target segment market; consistently delivering high quality, efficient insurance broking and professional consultancy services to the prospects.


Job Description
oAssist the team leader in formulating and executing business plan to maximize market penetration and profitability
oDevelop new business through cross-selling with Aon-COFCO business divisions and cooperation with Aon Trade Credit (ATC) global practice group;
oGaining and utilizing distribution channels;
oIdentify the needs of prospects / clients in respect of credit control, credit risk mitigation and (structured) trade finance then design, produce & place tailor-made solutions with expertise knowledge & professional know-how including credit risk management consulting, credit insurance placement & special credit risk mitigated facilities combination;
oDevelop and maintain sound relationships with local & global leading credit insurers;
oCarry out day-to-day operation duties to the existing policies while ensure it achieves (over) clients' expectation;
oClaim handling;


Requirements
oOver 4-year experience in Banking with trade finance sales position or Credit insurance industry in marketing / commercial underwriting side or Accounting & finance side as credit control role;
oIvy university graduate with minimum Bachelor's degree,major on International Finance / Audit & Accounting / Banking is preferable;
oSound knowledge on corporate finance & banking;
oPersonal Competencies

- Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets;
oFluent in Mandarin & English (local dialect is preferable);
