岗位职责：

1. 派驻项目现场
2. 根据项目的进展情况，提供现场技术支持
3. 独立进行或与承包商一起完成各机电设备及系统的功能性调试
4. 现场调试工程师应该熟悉以下一个或多个领域：

• 低压电气领域
• 给排水领域
• 暖通空调领域
• 建筑弱电系统领域

Responsibility:

1. The position will be stationed on the project site;
2. Providing technical support according to the progress of the project.
3. Completing the functional test of mechanical and electrical equipments and systems independently or cooperated with contractor
4. Building Commissioning Engineer should be familiar with at least one field as below:

• Low-voltage electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Building Extreme Low Voltage system

3. 具有英文技术文档读写能力者为佳。

2. Be able to stay on the project site permanently and has strong independence working attitude, self-consciousness and responsibility
3. Be able to read and write English Technical Docs is preferred.
4. Minimum of 7 years professional working experience

电气专业调试工程师要求和职责

1. 熟悉各类低压配电设备（AC400V以下）。如：变压器、低压配电柜、各类动力启动柜、应急发电机、UPS等。
2. 能够独立设计或配置各类电气配电柜及启动柜。如：设计选型变频启动柜、星三角启动柜。
3. 熟悉对各机电设备的配电需求，计算选型各类动力电缆及铜排。
4. 熟悉各电气元件的工作原理。如：接触器、热继电器、主令开关、马达、风机等。
5. 有丰富的现场电气工程经验及动手能力。至少有5个以上的电气项目参与经历。
6. 熟悉国家电气施工规范与指标。
7. 熟练使用Office办公系列软件。
8. 熟悉暖通空调、给排水及自动控制领域优先考虑。

Responsibility of Low-voltage electrical engineer

1. Be familiar with all kinds of low voltage power distribution equipments (under AC400V). Such as: transformer, low voltage distribution cabinet, all kinds of power starting cabinet, emergency generator, UPS etc.
2. Be able to design or configure all kinds of electric power distribution cabinet and starting cabinet independently. Such as: variable frequency starting cabinet, Y-Δ starting panel etc.
3. Be familiar with electrical distribution requirements with all type of HAVC equipment. Be bale to calculate and select of all variety of power cable and copper bar.
4. Be familiar with working principle of all electrical components. Such as: contractor, thermal relay, main switch, motor, fan etc.
5. A wealth of electrical engineering experience and well practical ability. At least 5 electrical project experience.
6. Be familiar with National construction standard and index of electrical installation.
7. Good command of office software
8. Be familiar with HAVC, plumbing and automatic control is preferred.
