Overall Position Description
· Be responsible for the product application, help sales increase revenue via technical work
· 负责产品应用，对销售提供技术支持
· Answer everyday requirement from customer and sales, get more knowledge of our products for them
· 解答日常来自客户和销售的产品需求,以此获得更多关于产品改进的知识
· Documents preparing for product selection and technical solution
· 为产品选型和提供产品技术解决方案准备文书
· Pre and after sales work for customer
· 客户的售前和售后技术支持
· Product application promotion in customer side together with sales
· 与销售一起完成对客户的产品应用方案

Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Assist Sales Engineers to select or replace product types, and support product testing in sales;
· 协助销售工程师选择或更换产品类型,并支持销售过程中的产品测试
· Provide replies to technical inquiries from customers;
· 提供有关技术的咨询给客户
· Provide on-site technical service to customers, including pre-sale products demos, training and after-sale services;
· 为客户提供现场技术服务,包括售前产品演示、培训和售后服务
· Responsible to design and make products demos and inspection facilities; Assist in the exhibition demos
· 负责设计和制造产品演示和检验需要的设施; 并协助展会的产品演示
· Provide internal /external technical trainings
· 提供内部/外部技术培训
· Co-work with other colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed
· 与其他的同事协同工作，实现团队目标
· Develop a deep understanding of the application
· 对产品应用有深入了解

Specific Job Skills
· Good English reading , written , oral , listening skills(CET 4) ; good command in Excel, Word , Windows operation and Power Point;
· 良好的英语阅读,书写,口语,听力(CET四级);良好的Excel,Word,Windows, Power Point应用技能
· Technical know-how, customer/result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong communication skill and problem-solving skill.
· 具备一定的技术知识，以客户/结果为导向，有上进心,有很强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力
· Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated, adaptability, Integrity.
· 认真、负责、有上进心,适应性强、诚实正直
· Could be on business trip frequently
· 可经常出差

Education and Experience
· Bachelor or above of related science (automation, engineering, electronics);
· 本科或以上 ，自动化、工程、电子相关的专业
· At least 2 years technical experience in the relevant industry; (Knowledge and experience of machinery control system /PLC / Bus )
· 至少两年的相关行业技术经验,(机械控制系统的知识和经验/PLC /Bus)
