Job Description:
§ Responsible for daily admin affairs handling and manage TPL related affairs
§ Responsible to audit and summarize daily expense report,
§ Responsible for equipment and document management
§ Responsible for process document devision
§ Follow and deal with inventory adjustment, ensure to the inventory accuracy between actual and system Summarize and analyze abnormal data and follow result
§ Manage logistics document and ensure its meets compliance requirements
§ Assist implementation of the department project
§ Assist supervisor to complete other work

Other responsibilities


§ Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
§ Project of NDC-SH for continuous improvement
§ Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction
§ Keep documentation for warehouse operation and service complaint handling per GOP/SOP
§ Responsible for assessing people or 3PL's risk that may lead to business impact



Qualification:


§ U Grade or above;
§ At least 2 year working experience in Warehouse
§ Computer literate;
