职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Ensures accuracy and integrity of customer traffic data for production Orbit systems
2. Identifies data inconsistencies through the use of proprietary data processing and analysis software
3. Completes troubleshooting tasks to ensure rapid resolution of data inaccuracies
4. Documents findings using Remedy Action Request System software
5. Assists in the collection of site data to ensure the validity of information stored in the databases
6. Analyzes videos to diagnose accuracy issues and to ensure data integrity
7. Provides a collaborative work approach promoting cooperation within the department to achieve effective and efficient delivery of ShopperTrak products and services
8. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve the work of Client Support, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality products and services as well as seamless customer service
9. Performs other essential or marginal functions as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree and English language required. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Effective data management tools and techniques. MS Office and other electronic tools. General knowledge of business and specific knowledge of process improvement techniques

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year of broad business experience plus some experience in an analytical field with a history of successful results. Experience in data analysis and data administration a plus.

? Produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar

PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast paced with significant people interaction. No lifting over 20 pounds, with minimal reaching, bending, and stooping. Normal open office environment with long hours in front of the computer.

OTHER NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS: Occasional evening or weekend duties may be required. Minimal travel for activities such as the annual meeting is required. 举报 分享
