Job Scope
岗位职责

1、Incoming phone call answering and delivering messages to related people;
负责公司总机电话的转接，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员,不遗漏、不延误;
2、Visitor receiving; 负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见；
3、Documents receiving and distributing; 文件资料的收、发;
4、Office supply management; 办公行政相关用品的领用登记；
5、Attendance management; 负责公司考勤统计;
6、Airticket booking，Car arrangement ;负责机票预订,安排用车；
7、Other works assigned by HR Dept. Head. 接受人事部门工作安排并协助部门同事做好其他工作。

Requirements要求:
1、college degree or above; 大专以上学历；
2、Good English and good corporate etiquette; 良好的礼仪及英语基础；
3、Proficiency in Microsoft and office machines. 能够熟练运用办公软件及操作办公设备。
